Fantastic afternoon tea, delicious fresh food, scones still warm. Staff very friendly and accommodating. A great venue for hosting a party.

A great spot by the canal for afternoon tea with our dog. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. We had pre-ordered the tea and it was waiting for us on our arrival. Lovely sandwiches, cakes and scones. Well worth a visit down the narrow lanes.

Wonderful afternoon tea beautifully presented on three tier cake stands for my daughter's hen tea party with family and friends. We had the gazebo reserved for us once the tea rooms had closed which Nicky and her team said we could decorate as we wished. It was a lovely sunny day and they were busy so they went straight into working to make the hen party the best it could be and didn't miss a beat. A wonderful time was had by all and food was delicious!

Was really looking forward to coming here but was definitely underwhelming. Very over priced for a distinctly average sandwich. Such a long wait that my bread felt all dry like it had been stuck on the side waiting for the baps. The only saving grace is the location. Definitely much nicer food spots around

We arrived this afternoon, waited 20 mins to be served which was fine, ordered our food and sat down at the table, 20 mins later our food came out but no hot food, asked the young lady where my hot food was and she went to go and check, came back and said it's going to be 30 min wait as there is a big order infront of us... Asked for a refund and waited for someone to see us, another lady came to our table and asked if I wanted a refund or wait for our order, she went to see how long it would be and it was going to be 30 min wait... We said it took 20 mins to be served which was fine, but we said we are not waiting for another 30 mins for hot food, she said I don't think it's been 30 mins, when it took 20 mins for our food to come out.. Surely if there is a wait on food, you should be told at the till and not after you have orderd and even when we have ordered our food, it should of came out at the same time... We came here last year and it was amazing, but today was not a good experience...
