What SueT225 doesn't like about Blackmore Farm Cafe:
We were a little disappointed when we got there as the cafe had run out of cakes as they had, had such a hectic day the day before due to the nice weather. That said they had just baked a bread and butter pudding which I had with a coffee and my husband had a scone and butter with his. Everyone was very friendly and we were able to sit outside with our dog in the lovely weather. View all feedback. What DubVanCamper likes about Blackmore Farm Cafe:
Great cakes and decent savoury options set in a very pretty old farm courtyard. Service was OK, but I can see why the previous reviewer was a bit miffed by the inattentive waitress... View all feedback.

read moreIn recent visits to a local restaurant set in a charming old manor house, patrons have expressed disappointment due to inconsistent service and food quality. While some enjoyed the pleasant ambiance and homemade offerings, others faced long wait times and errors in their orders. Notably, service was often described as distracted or unfriendly, leading to a frustrating dining experience. Although the establishment has a solid reputation for its cakes and local fare, recent feedback suggests that improvements in customer service and menu reliability are essential for encouraging repeat visits. Overall, the restaurant's potential remains, but it needs to address these concerns proactively.
