Very quirky and extravagant rooms with a beautiful dining area and bar to match! Stayed here for one night as a luxurious birthday gift for the two of us. The dirty pig room was amazing, didn't want to leave. Only critique is that the room wasn't well ventilated and got hot and stuffy quite quickly. Food was good, the wagyu burger was particularly outstanding! Bit on the pricier side but definitely worth the splurge,... View all feedback.
What Anon Anon (Currymonster) doesn't like about The Impeccable Pig:
Evening ‘date night’ meal, relatively late sitting (8pm) ‘ok’ is all, food was very nice but the service was poor yes it was busy and a Saturday night, but they couldn’t fulfil basic drinks orders, didn’t follow up to check all was ok, and we waited ages for our mains (which appeared only when we enquired). Staff seemed more concerned with cleaning and setting tables for the next sittings than ensuring we were served... View all feedback.
What an absolute gem of a hotel, the three little pigs room was beautiful, clean and spacious and the other rooms looked just as nice (sneaked a peak in passing while being cleaned), the food was delicious had 3 course Sunday lunch and breakfast Rooms: Beautifully decorated, cosy, comfortable, and romantic Nearby activities: Surrounding pubs and restaurants are also nice and welcoming Food drinks: Food is delicious, good choice of drinks and cocktails
Had a lovely meal here on Saturday evening. Food was cooked perfectly. Both starters and main courses were excellent. Was slightly gutted the website showed a trio of desserts however when we got there it wasn’t an option but still had nice choices for dessert Service: 5
On arrival (mid week) incredibly slow at reception. We actually took 15 minutes to check in. The bedroom was beautiful and we were happy with the room We went for dinner and again despite a mid week it was almost 30 minutes for someone to take a food order and ages for drinks to arrive. The food was ok but my steak was rare when I asked for medium. The staff were all very polite but just unfortunately very slow and very short staffed. 1 person on a bar is not enough and that was their excuse for 15 minute wait for a drink to arrive. Breakfast again took a while because they said they had a table full to serve first. There were only us and one full table in the whole place. I'd hate to think if it was actually busy. Such a nicely decorated place. It would make a huge difference if there were more staff covering things. We would stay again but only because the rooms look great but customer service needs some work.

Massively overrated restaurant. Sunday lunch was passable, definitely not memorable. Strikes of 'style ' over substance Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3
