The Ozark Coffee Company and Roastery is a beautiful institution! The environment is welcoming and warm and the seating options are quite variable a perfect place to learn or catch up on some work. The coffee is exceptional! My favorite was the sadie, a unique twist of a cortado. Also while there, they had a lot of gluten-free pastries options both muffin and scones are better than all the others I tried. Thank you for your great customer service and a pleasant opportunity, every day of my stay in Sedalia!

Excellent capuchino, very tasty bean and roast with hints of Cacao and a light smokey taste and perfect temperature.

Great espresso recordings, almost the Italian way. The staff could improve by explaining more how to make their espresso, we would have mixed our with water to fill a full cup unless we asked them. Pretty slow to make espresso compared to other places, but worth waiting. Barista was kind to us. I'll be back.

The most delicious coffee you'll ever experience. 10/10 would recommend. Honestly, it's worth stopping by Sedalia just for this place! And their baked goods are superb too.
