Executive Chef Juan Pablo Lozo presents a special dinner on Wednesdays and Saturdays in a spectacular setting in an herb garden complete with a giant Ceiba tree (important to Mayan folk culture). Communal tables ensure that you meet your tablemates and share notes on local...experiences. The pre-defined menu includes something for everyone. It is fresh, well-resented, and inspired. A variety of wines are offered and you will not be disappointed with the Mexican wines from the Baja. The evening is made unique as Pablo introduces some of the members of the Rosewood staff who then join the dinner. This allows you to hear about Mayakoba from an insider's perspective. This dinner was just one of many wonderful experiences at Rosewood.
My wife and I ordered room service from this restaurant and every single item sent was delicious, the raw fish was cold and fresh, soup was hot, entrees perfect. Not one complaint.
Only ate here every morning during our vacation. Anything you eat for breakfast he was amazing. Whether you order the lobster omelette, or the Mexican version of eggs Benedict you will never be disappointed. You don't even have to order from the menu because the buffet is fantastic as well. Highly recommend.
