They frequently deflect blame on... read more This Tim Hortons is incredibly frustrating. The staff appear indifferent and are more inclined to argue than to solve problems. They frequently deflect blame onto outside factors instead of owning up to their mistakes. I've tried to be understanding, but they often respond with hostility and a bad attitude during my visits. I initially believed the issues were due to previous management, but the negative environment continues under the new management. It's disappointing because I was expecting improvement. If I could, I would give this place zero stars.
