Nice place for food if you’re passing. Lots of options, particularly for eggs. Selection of home baked goods and teas. Indoor outdoor seating- no issue for seating on our visit, about 11am on a Sunday morning.
Nice cute place well know for their baked goods and Egg Benny , we dropped in for a quite breakfast before our meeting , menu not over size , lot of optional not expensive at all , surprised not busy no line up , friendly staff , happy to say their Benny very unique and different , sever on home make biscuit , my smoked salmon nicely poach not too runny very rich with smooth hollandaise sauce , lot of salmon , but the potatoes very greasy and dry but enjoyable , coffee freshly hot , good way to start the day .
Great little spot. Shared smoked salmon Benny and we definitely had enough. Great coffees. Service was friendly and efficient. Place was clean and basic and right in the middle of the main road. Great food! Loved the home made ketchup
My husband had pulled pork sandwich it’s served on a yummy homemade biscuit he really enjoyed it and now wants to bring his buddies for lunch too. I had the harvest bowl and had a poached egg added on top. A good combo for vegetarians! Lots of other options to chose from!
A visit to Sechelt is not complete without a mandatory stop at Basted Baker. Sunday’s brunch here is a real feast starting with a beautiful cup of coffee served by super nice staff followed by a tower of deliciousness hiding under a name of huevos rancheros prepared by a group of very talented chefs.
