Angelo's Pizza & Donairs - Sechelt

We ordered two pizza's from here and when they arrived our order was incorrect so I phoned back and the owners wife asked if I'd take a credit (My kids are picky so no I couldn't keep the wrong pizza I needed the one I paid for) I said no she got all mad and said to put the pizza that was incorrect aside for her to pick up and my order will be done another 45 min wait Sorry lady I was just asking for what I paid for no need to get mad. If you want pizza on the sunshine coast I suggest you order from Coastal Crust 604-885-7790

If you like greek donairs and pita wraps this is the place to go. small venue right in the heart of Sechelt for take out and walk to beach to eat. There is limited seating inside while waiting or a bench outside for a quick snack or lunch.. great food

This is the second time we have tried the takeout here. The first was just pizza and it was ok. Not great by any means, but not the worst I've had. Tonight we had a lasagna and a pizza and the lasagna was horrible. Not only did it look and taste like they forgot the marinara sauce, but by boyfriend got a twisted metal staple in his. Never again. Gross.

We tried this place last year when they first opened. I asked for a Greek meal, rice, potatoes...I was told they don't do rice or potatoes, rather french fries. I took the fries and waited 20 mins for our meal, the chicken was way way over cooked, super hard and dry as bone. The salad portion was tiny, just not good. I may try them again as I hope this was just a really bad day for them. It's clean and the staff were nice, but the food was bad.

So disappointed with the horrible skimpy donair, I won't go back. They actually put fries in it to cut back on the meat. It was pricy as well for takeout. And it took them a long time to make it. Cooking the fries I guess. From Halifax NS with the best Donairs, and Vancouver with great donairs I would never recommend this spot to anyone.
