My only complaint is that on the second picke... read more This is my husband and I third pick up order. Food does taste very good. I would keep ordering from this location. My only complaint is that on the second picked up our order was not available. Okay understandable but the third pick up our order was not available again and the employees son had asked us to come back later. My husband had messaged them and asked if they could deliver the order due to we had already taken our time to drive 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back home to drive back to the location. My husband and I both love this company. The company also uses vacuum packaging to maintain freshness. I highly recommend. Again my only issue is to please have better communication!

Today, after having not ordered in several months, I received my meals, only to discover that the meals are now pre-frozen! No longer fresh. And yes, the food was the same price. I would never have paid these prices if the knew the meals were pre-frozen. Will not be ordering from this company again.

We definitely intend to keep ordering from th... read more This is the third time my husband and I have placed a pick-up order, and the food has consistently been delicious. We definitely intend to keep ordering from this location. However, I do have a couple of concerns: during our second pick-up, our order wasn’t ready, which was understandable. Unfortunately, during our third pick-up, the order was unavailable again, and the employee's son asked us to come back later. My husband reached out to inquire about the possibility of having the order delivered since we had already spent 30 minutes traveling back and forth. We both really love this restaurant and appreciate their use of vacuum packaging to keep the food fresh. I highly recommend them! My only request is for better communication in the future.

When a dish isn't available, they substitute it without informing the customer. For example, I ordered one item and received a beef burger instead, which I don't eat. Communication is only possible through text, so I reached out and was told I would receive credit for the meal. Weeks passed, and I still hadn't seen any credit applied to my account or credit card. I followed up not once, but twice, even sending a screenshot of their message promising me the credit. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response either time, and to this day, there has been no follow-up. I won't be ordering from them again; there are plenty of other options available, and their meals are not cheap.

The packaging is fantastic, making it easy to organize each meal in your fridge or freezer without any hassle when it’s time to heat them up and remove the plastic film. We previously used another meal prep se... read more First off, we really appreciate how organized everything is, from ordering to delivery. Their consistency is impressive. We previously used another meal prep service but switched due to their constant disorganization, so in that regard, Clean Eats Meal Prep definitely earns 5 stars. The food tastes good—not outstanding, but it does the job. However, I was quite concerned about the nutrition facts, especially the sodium content per serving. The blackened chick Caesar salad lists 4080 mg of sodium, which is shocking and much higher than the recommended daily intake of 2100-2300 mg. If accurate, that’s nearly 47% over the daily limit. Both my husband and I have over 15 years of experience in the health industry, so we know this isn’t ideal. We’re definitely curious about the reason behind such high sodium levels. UPDATE: They reached out to me after I posted this review and thankfully confirmed it was just a typo!
