As an ethical vegan with a peanut allergy, I always appreciate a good meal. While driving into Sebring, I realized I needed a substantial lunch, and I can confirm that this restaurant offers excellent vegan options. I tried the Cowardly Hummus Toast, which was tasty but nothing out of the ordinary, and "The Hippie" sandwich with a pineapple topping. I’m not sure if it was the heat or what, but that dish was absolutely delicious! I can wholeheartedly recommend this place—it's flavorful and satisfying, although I did find my protein options a bit limited. Overall, it’s a great spot for vegans and those with allergies.
