ordered online, but they could not deliver as their roller were not in operation. later I was contacted by the manager (mahlodi) and asked if I could come and collect my order in her load, I told her I could not. two weeks later, I went into her loading and they reimbursed me, not asked unnecessary. the customer service is highly rated at this location. keep it on galitos, exceptional service! The food was fresh and delicious. It was my first time ever eating food from Galito's but i was satisfied with their full chicken
