Starbucks - Sebastopol

Unexpectedly friendly, well-staffed, efficient and clean. Beat Starbucks we've visited in a while.

This morning at 8:30am, I ordered a grande iced brownsugar oatmilk shaken espresso with light ice. And a piece of pumpkin bread. They asked if I would like the pumpkin bread warmed up and I said "No thank you. "I received my drink it had the full amount of ice they would put into a grande iced coffee.(if not, more! I tasted it and it literally tasted like a plain iced coffee. No flavoring. No sweetness just plain iced coffee. Not shaken. Nothing. I then received my pumpkin bread and it was warmed up, after they had asked if I wanted it warmed up and I had said no.Very very verrrrrrrrry disappointed in this starbucks location the drinks they were serving. It 's not hard to put a few pumps of sweetener into a drink shake it up!

Probably some of the friendliest staff and customer service I've ever had at a Starbucks. Unfortunately, almost every time I've ordered a hot drink, they won't fill it to the top. And if the drink comes with whipped cream I feel like they try to hide the fact it's low filled under that. If I'm paying for a grande then I want a grande. Other wise I'm just wasting money on a small drink in a larger cup.

Hello. I don’t know if you guys have notice but there is a concrete side in the middle of the road and it sucks going through it. Please make it more visible or take it off.Parking: The parking lot it’s very small and hard to get in.

I like how I can walk to this Starbucks from my work, they have really friendly employees, the service is great but I really wish they would fill my white chocolate mocha every time I go there? I would post a picture but there’s no option to do that, my cup is like 70% filled .. check your cups to make sure it’s filled… I really wish I could give 5 stars.
