Retrograde Coffee Roasters - Feedback

What Ren H doesn't like about Retrograde Coffee Roasters:
Says they “can’t/wont” make a pour over stronger via grinding the beans finer. It’s possible it’s not difficult and if it’s not made like that it’s watery. I used to barista and do this for customers regularly, it works and it’s a fantastic way to make a pour over have more strength.Seems like customer service isn’t on par, whatever staunch rules they have about not grinding beans finer is a bit out of touch. There’s a bunch of coffee shops in Sebastopol, each of their charm or are just convenient to the consumer. Some people just made coffee immediately at the closest location, but for those I would recommend going the distance to this location because the coffee is exceptional, and I was calmly able to do some paperwork as well it’s a very nice environment.
