Papa Johns Pizza - Sebastian

I will never eat at Papa John's again. This is the second time I've woken up in the middle of the night with stomach pains and spent an hour on the toilet. I thought about reporting them to the health department, but I don't think it would make a difference since they only inspect the work environment and don't test the food.

The staff here is very nice, the service is fast, and my order was accurate. I ordered a thin crust pizza, which turned out to be different from what I expected, but it was still a good choice!

I have had a disappointing experience at this restaurant during my last five orders, as they haven't once gotten my order right. Just tonight, I waited over an hour before I decided to call and check on the status of my order. They informed me that there were no drivers available, and I would have to wait for a DoorDash driver instead. Then, they told me that a driver had just arrived and my order was on its way. However, 40 minutes later, I received a call saying that the DoorDash driver had canceled, and I wouldn’t be getting any food. Now, my wife and daughter have no dinner. If the manager had any integrity, he would have delivered the food himself. This place has really gone downhill, and I will not be ordering from here again.

The pizza was awful. I spent $40 on two large pizzas, and my wife got sick in the middle of the night and is still feeling unwell this morning. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and a veggie pizza, both of which lacked flavor and had very few toppings. I had never ordered from Papa John's before, and I can confidently say that I will never do so again.

I placed a delivery order and was charged for it almost immediately, only to be informed afterward that the estimated delivery time would be two hours. It would make sense to provide the estimated delivery time before processing the payment, right? Seems like basic good business practice! Now I have to wait two days for a refund. I definitely won't use or recommend this service again. Also, be aware that you'll be speaking to a call center, not the restaurant you think you're contacting. They charge your card in seconds but take days to issue a refund.
