Wow! This was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. I had the mushroom risotto special with duck. The fresh bread and salad before entrees was delicious with high quality olive oil and vinaigrette. The service was excellent. The chef came out to say hello afterwards which was a special treat. He told us more about his eclectic background and his approach to cooking which was fascinating. What a gem. We stopped by late on a Tuesday night and Abe, the chef/owner welcomed us even though the waitress and dishwasher had already left for the evening. We had a wonderful experience and fantastic food shared a salad, two mains, and homemade tiramisu for dessert. Highly recommend the current weekly special of the mushroom risotto absolutely delicious!
Love this lil gem of a restaurant! Truly a family feel, Abe master’s paella, pasta, and more. Cozy indoor seating, nice covered patio out back, and most excellent bread and tiramisu all baked from scratch!
This is my boyfriend and I's favorite restaurant in Seattle we come here quite often. Great and intimate spot to bring a date or introduce people. Love it.
Every time I've visited this restaurant, the food has been incredible. There's a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, and you can really tell that the dishes are made with love! It's a hidden gem in northeast Seattle! I tried the caprese appetizer, which is definitely big enough to share with four people. The kids' menu had fantastic choices, and the little ones really enjoyed their Alfredo and marinara dishes. Honestly, I would have been satisfied with just those! However, the pasticcio was outstanding—true comfort food bursting with amazing flavors!
I've been wanting to try this neighborhood restaurant for ages, and I'm so glad we finally did! Andy and Abe were wonderful hosts, and the salmon special, homemade tiramisu, and lobster ravioli were all a perfect 11/10. We'll definitely be returning, and we even took a bottle of their Pinot home with us!
