our server was not very attentive with the review of us. also our eating came separately. first, then, a good 15 minutes later for the escape of my friend. our third friend never got his court that the server found it after we broke his escape and it became late. server said that it was left on a counter so that its meal for an hour while we waited. we were at least very engaged in our conversation, but ridiculous th... What User doesn't like about Wasabi Sushi Izakaya:
Really disappointing. The noodle soup had asparagus spears that were basically hard stems and totally inedible. Only one of the dishes we ordered tasted good and it felt like the quality overall was poor. The waitress was nice, but I wouldn't go back. View all feedback.
Nice urban romantic atmosphere and the service was excellent. We had several rolls, the shrimp and vegetable tempura, the sizzling pork belly and a peach lemonade. The sizzling pork belly was amazing but the rolls were kinda bland. The shrimp tempura in them had clealry been prepped much earlier in the day so the batter didn't have the best flavour or texture but overall everything was decent. We will definitely be back again
Nice atmosphere. We were a party of 5, so the fifth person was crammed in at a four top table, but it worked fine. Sushi was amazing. Unfortunately they were not making the cucumber rolls the night we dined. Miso soup had mushroom which was a nice touch. Wait staff was pleasant. Solid 4 star experience.
Was looking for a place open late on Friday and chose this since there was no wait but still a good size crowd dining in. In addition to their happy hour before 6pm, they also offer happy hour 2 hours before closing every day. Not too much savings though since most of the food only appears to be $1-2 off the original price. My friend ordered the tempura udon and I ordered the California roll and hibiscus margarita. The margarita was too sweet for my taste, and the sushi was good but light on crab meat. My friend thought the udon and shrimp tempura were ok but didn't like the yam and eggplant used for the tempura.
Great service! I was so well served on Tuesday night by the bartender and all the staff. al of the food was before place. I had the cocospalm, the bell tower and some calamari. I paired it with a special drink that they have handmade. great atmosphere. highly recommended!
Amazing atmosphere and food! We had an amazing time here to the point of coming here 3 times during our vacation! Alex worked with us all those days to and was amazing service even though it was super busy most nights and also made amazing drinks! We are definitely coming back here the next time we find ourselves in Seattle again!
