What User dislikes about Wakefield:
We ordered the chicken and waffles and my friend got the eggs with potatoes. I chose this spot because of the reviews and the potatoes looked amazing! I found them disappointing. They weren't seasoned or cooked as much as the ones in the reviews (maybe an off day). The chicken and waffles came with the syrup on top and it made the waffles soggy. My favorite part of waffles is the crunch so it also fell flat for me. T... View all feedback.
One of my favorite brunch spots we ordered the bun and waffle, veggie frittata, coffee machines. everything was fantastic! the parts.

Came for a quick lunch before she went into a class with a friend. it ended on Sunday brunch. we arrive at 12 o'clock and it was crowded enough, but.
Went for Sunday brunch with friends. It was nice, there was no waiting so we got a seat immediately. I got the biscuit and gravy and it had a good serving size and tasted pretty well. The potatoes however was a bit let down for me to be honest. My wife took the Wakefield classic which was pretty good. We also got the avocado toast which was okay as well. I really liked the mimosa kit and the sausage patties which I took on the side.
This restaurant is a pleasant venue with modern decor, large windows, and a patio in front. The staff is friendly and attentive, always providing great recommendations. It's a nice spot to hang out with friends or a date and grab a bite to eat. The people I have brought with me have always enjoyed themselves. The quality of the food is generally good, depending on what you order. I did have one dish that I did not like during all my visits - the moco Loco was overcooked and chewy, including the mushrooms. The patty was burnt. However, most of the other dishes have been excellent. My only complaint is the high prices, which I assume are due to the decor and views. I also miss some of the dishes from their previous menu. Overall, a bittersweet review, but my honest opinion.
