What User doesn't like about U Dupbop Asian Fusion:
I think the people that work here are nice, you get food fast, it is somewhat affordable and the inside looks nice. However, the food is really bland. I have tried general taos chicken and chicken curry. Both are really lacking in flavor. It is a lot offood but I would rather go somewhere else. View all feedback.
Edit: not sure if they got a new cook. but the hot stone bibimbap is not as good as it used to be. the beef is fattier and lacks flavor.also the hot stone pot is has been consistently heated unevenly. where its not hot all the way around, there is a cold spot where i can rest my fingers on.I hope they can improve again. It was my favorite spot for bibimbap.
This is the best Korean food I have had in the states! Family run restaurant with great atmosphere. If I lived here I would come all the time.
Quick and tasty. Lots of food in the bento box! (Including miso)Nice quiet patio.
One of the better Asian food options on the Ave in the U district. The place looks kinda shabby, dirty, run down from outside, but the interior was clean. Two outdoor dining sections, one in front with sun a side, shaded, private corridor, which was perfect cool on a hot summer day. Food was better than expected; generous portions; relatively affordable; good service; small private parking lot limited paid street parking. Last time I ate here was a very long time ago when it was Ichiro Sushi. Support your local restaurants small businesses ?
I’ve gone here a few of times and the staff is really sweet and serve the food quickly. The food quality is somewhat inconsistent though. I always got the spicy tofu soup with seafood. Sometimes it’s so spicy I need napkins to blow out my nose and other times it doesn’t really taste like anything.I am willing to come back to try other dishes. My friend said their curry katsu was really good. :
