Toula Restaurant - Seattle

This was a beautiful place to eat and the food was very good. The wine seemed overpriced but that usually comes with the ambiance/view. It was really quiet, but that was also because hardly anyone was there that night.

I decided to give this restaurant a chance despite its 3.4 rating, hoping that the view would be nice. Unfortunately, they did not value our customer request for a special occasion. We were told to come back the following week for them to accommodate our request. We came on February 15th, not Valentine's Day, but they still had a Valentine's menu, which we understood. Our anniversary is very important to us, and we asked for a dessert with "Happy Anniversary" written on it to make the day extra special for my partner. We were willing to pay extra for this request, but were met with sarcasm from one of the workers who told us to come back next week. Next week is no longer our anniversary, and we were disappointed that our specific reservation date was not honored. If we had known our request would not be accommodated, we would have chosen a different restaurant that values its customers better.

The waiters were kind and not experienced. the view was nice as usual. I had left tip but the same waitress didn't pick up the bill. just personal preference.

The food was not up to par. I discovered hair in my lamb chops. The view was pleasant, but I had higher expectations for the quality of the food.
