The Capital Grille - Seattle

I had a great experience at The Capital Grille. The service was excellent—very attentive and knowledgeable. There was a small issue with one of the dishes we ordered, but our waiter promptly took care of it. The crab and lobster cakes were absolutely delicious, featuring generous chunks of lobster. The lamb chops were fantastic and will definitely be my go-to choice on future visits.

I visited this restaurant for Valentine's Day with a reservation, and it was a great experience. Parking was a breeze, as there’s a lot conveniently located right underneath the building. Our server was incredibly helpful in guiding us through portion sizes that suited our appetites. The food was outstanding; I had been longing for a great steak, and this place definitely delivered. We ordered the filet mignon, lamb chops (in a smaller portion), and the lobster with steak. The server was very accommodating, willing to make adjustments to our orders even if it wasn't on the menu, so we could finish everything we wanted. The quality of the food was worth the price, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I will certainly return whenever I'm in the mood for a delicious steak!

My wife took me out for dinner here to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn't be more pleased. The service was outstanding—every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. They even surprised us with complimentary champagne and a special birthday treat afterward. The dry-aged New York strip was absolutely incredible.

The Capital Grille has a very nice atmosphere. The food and the service is outstanding. We had the tomahawk veal chop, lamb chops with Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. Appetizer was a salad and clam chowder. Again, all servers were very attentive and you can tell they enjoy serving their customers. Thank you again for the warm reception and dessert. We highly recommend The Capital Grille.

Wife’s Birthday. Good steak dinner. Very happy with my steak cooked as ordered. Wife steak was ordered medium and delivered well done. You would think you go to a steak house that specializes in steak wouldn’t over cook it. Under cook and cook more if customer requests. Very Nice dessert offered for birthday.
