Contribute FeedbackSamurai Noodle, a simple and unpretentious spot in Seattle, offers quick and filling bowls of ramen. While some may find the atmosphere lacking, the food shines through with flavorful broth and generous portions. The vegan options are well-received, and the service is efficient. The menu includes a variety of dishes, with the Ton-kot-su ramen receiving rave reviews. The customer service may be hit or miss, but the delicious food makes Samurai Noodle a worthwhile stop for ramen lovers, especially those near the University of Washington. Don't miss out on the Sumo Cup or the house-made chili sauce!.
They have a few vegan ramen options and they are pretty good. I only went to lunch during the week and it was always on the easy-to-lived side. I would not make a special trip here, but if they are in the mood for ramen and in the U-district, it will definitely hit the place. I always had good experiences with the service and the staff-relative prompt, always friendly.
I had the vegan miso ramen (feeded spicy cauliflower paste) and vegan gyoza. the gyoza was decent, but the predatory knocked him out of the park. the spicy paste was a perfect addition. I am very happy with the taste. I'd eat it again.
Unfortunately, the vegan ramen was terrible. it has absolutely zero taste the broth, the noodles, the sweet and tofu no taste. very disappointed; I would not recommend and I will not come back.
Many topping options and the garlic sauce is wonderful.
We ate two different ramens. Loved both. Good prices.
