I... read more The staff at Red Robin are fantastic! I stopped by before an orientation at another location and was impressed by how fast, friendly, and laid-back they were. I ordered a side of fries and a glass of water, and both arrived within three minutes. The bartender maintained great communication and kept me company while I enjoyed my snack. These employees definitely deserve a raise—their work ethic is truly commendable.

The artsy interior decor creates a great atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. I absolutely love the artwork. I ordered my all-time favorite, the Veggie Burger, which is undoubtedly the best burger they offer—flavorful, juicy, and delicious. For my side, I always choose the steamed broccoli, which is light and healthy; I like to add lots of flavorful spices like ground pepper and rock salt. I also ordered the sweet potato fries and a strawberry milkshake. The fries exceeded my expectations and are a unique menu item I would definitely order again. The milkshake perfectly complements the meal, and Red Robin even serves an extra portion in a tin cup with a spoon. Be sure to download the Red Robin Royalty app—it allows you to join their rewards program. By entering your birthday, you receive a free burger during your birthday month. Since August is my birthday month, my order was free! What a fantastic treat. Red Robin has one of the best birthday reward programs out there. Awesome!

My son and I go to the movies a lot, and he loves to go to R.R before our flick for dinner, or he used to. Maybe it's just our luck but we have found thateven with a reservation time of 50 minutes, we end up waiting another 20 minutes or more just to be seated. Our burgers takeforever to get to the table, and more often than not they are barely warm, but the fries are hot. We have switched to the CrispyChicken sandwich because it's breaded and arrives at an acceptable eating temp. Also we are finding that from the time we arrivefor our reservation time(delayed), until our meals make it to the table, we must ask for to-go boxes because we have to takehalf, or sometimes all of our meal with us because we didn't have time to eat. Start to not finished 3hrs, delayed reservation,forever wait time on a burger at a gourmet burger restaurant, cold food we may have to take with us.... Is it staffing, onlineorders or both? We hope that they can pull it together and bring back the fun and the yummm!!!
