I... read more The staff at Red Robin are fantastic! I stopped by before an orientation at another location and was impressed by how fast, friendly, and laid-back they were. I ordered a side of fries and a glass of water, and both arrived within three minutes. The bartender maintained great communication and kept me company while I enjoyed my snack. These employees definitely deserve a raise—their work ethic is truly commendable.

Unfortunately, from the time we arrive for our reservation (which is usually delayed) to when our meals finally reach the table, we find ourselves having to ask for takeout boxes. We often end up having to take half or even all of our meals home because we simply don’t have time to eat. Having to wait three hours, deal with delayed reservations, and experience long wait times at a gourmet burger restaurant only to receive cold food that we have to take away is quite frustrating. Is it an issue with staffing, online orders, or a combination of both? We sincerely hope they can get their act together and restore the enjoyable and delicious experience we once loved!

The artistic decor creates a positive and inviting atmosphere, and I absolutely love the artwork inside. My all-time favorite burger at Red Robin is the Veggie Burger—undoubtedly the best one they offer. It’s flavorful, juicy, and delicious. I always pair my meal with the steamed broccoli, which is simply perfect. They season it generously with flavorful spices, ground pepper, and sea salt, making it both tasty and healthy. For sides, I ordered sweet potato fries along with a strawberry milkshake, which exceeded my expectations. The shake is the perfect complement to the meal. Red Robin also serves extra portions in a tin cup with a spoon, which is a nice touch. When dining safely, I use the Red Robin Royalty app, where you can sign up for their rewards program. The artsy interior decor creates a great atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. I absolutely love the artwork. I ordered my all-time favorite, the Veggie Burger, which is undoubtedly the best burger they offer—flavorful, juicy, and delicious. For my side, I always choose the steamed broccoli, which is light and healthy; I like to add lots of flavorful spices like ground pepper and rock salt.
