Just bad food. We ordered 2 bobas, 1 poke bowl, 1 katsu curry, 1 popcorn chicken. It took about 20 minutes to get the food to go. They prepared the bobas immediately then left them behind the counter until our entrees were ready. By the time the entrees were ready condensation had formed on the outside of the cups. The ice had melted considerably at that point, the teas were not very cold. That was not the worst of it. The poke bowl, had COOKED salmon!?!? Like really???!!! I did not realize until I got home. It was terrible and drenched in a sauce that looked like spicy mayo but just tasted like heavy miracle whip. They didn’t provide much curry. I was bummed until I tasted it. The katsu was soggy. The popcorn chicken was crispy and passable. But when I asked for a sauce they only had ketchup to offer. Total cost was $51 plus tip. Will not return.
I love getting the Unagi-don here, the atmosphere when I would eat was always welcoming and light. Always a good place to grab a quick bite.
Tapioca is not soft, hard to chew! I ordered light ice but half of the cup was filled with ice!!
