Contribute FeedbackPiatti, previously known for its phenomenal food, now falls short after changing their menu and preparation methods. Customers have experienced disappointment with bland desserts and meals that lack seasoning and freshness post-remodel. Some diners have been turned off by a new 5% surcharge implemented on bills. However, others have enjoyed the accommodating staff, beautiful atmosphere, and tasty dishes like the spinach ravioli in lemon cream sauce. Despite inconsistent service, some patrons still recommend making a reservation for a lovely dining experience at Piatti in Seattle.
Overall a great experience. Would come back to eat there.
The donut holes were hollow with uninspired dough. The frittata was cool and lacking flavor — over cooked. There wasn’t enough food for the price. No toast, hash browns or fruit. There was a haft fist of some kind of green without dressing. Looked more like a garnish to take up room on the plate..
The focaccia was lovely. The tiramisu was light and divine. Cioppino needed more substance.
Flatbread is fabulous. Too noisy, both inside and outside, for elders.
They changed their menu and the dishes, so the name is the same for dishes, but their preparation is different. Not a veg friendly place in my opinion for someone who doesn’t eat mushroom
