Pho Hiho - Seattle

I ordered delivery tonight (right before they closed) I didn’t know this before I placed my order on Grubhub. The food was incredible. The pho was so delicious and the broth was super hot. The ingredients were packaged so nicely. Pho hits the spot when you’re sick so this seriously was a life saver. I’ve never had this place before but this is most definitely my new go-to which is awesome because I’ve been searching for a spot in Seattle for awhile. Thank you so much for your service!

Got the chicken banh mi. It was different than what I was used to. It didn’t have daikon and instead it had tomato slices which was odd to me. The meat was just ok. It was tender but slightly dry.Food: 4/5

Broth on pho was too salty and it too much soy sauce. It was waste of money. The server lady was nice but it's not worth to spend $15 for small size pho unfortunately.

I've tried a lot of pho in Seattle and by far this is my favorite spot. The service is great! They aren't constantly checking on you while your mouth is full lol they come when your water gets low which I prefer. The chefs, from what I've seen are all women and I love that; they're also the sweetest ladies if you get the time to just share some words with them. The vibe in the restaurant is very relaxed- this place is literally like my decompressor/safe space. Consistency is key, and this pho taste exactly the same every single time. I'm never disappointed here.ALSO FREE PARKING! Cannot beat that lol
