I have been a fan of Panda Express for many years because no matter which location I go to, I always receive the same quality and taste. Although I have had a few somewhat negative experiences at different locations in the past, I have contacted their corporate office and have always been more than reimbursed for those incidents. I appreciate the excellent customer service of this company and always enjoy my food there.
This restaurant is conveniently and oddly located inside a QFC grocery store. It's best to resist the temptation to grab your Panda Express meal before getting your groceries, unless you want to awkwardly carry a hot dish around the frozen food aisle. But I have had accurate orders and quick delivery when dining here.
The middle-aged woman at the front of the service line was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in the food service industry. While some might attribute her behavior to a language barrier, she would yell at customers and, even after several attempts to clarify, would roll her eyes and raise her voice even more. There are plenty of other Panda Express locations nearby, not to mention other restaurants with similar offerings, so I won't be returning. I understand it gets busy in a grocery store on a Friday night, and waiting for items or making alternative choices is part of the experience. However, this lady was truly the worst. If my child hadn't really wanted Panda, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I gave the food three stars because the portions are quite large.
