The bartender is very nice and will make you surprise cocktails not on the menu. They have a great bourbon selection which I love.

However, we managed to get in without waiting on Christmas Eve. The service was excellent, our server was delightful. The cocktails are strong, with creative use of spices and blends, and served in quirky tumblers that you can buy to take home. A special shoutout to our server for assisting one member of our group in choosing a drink that was not too potent and for checking in on them later.

Forgot her name but we had a brunette bartender with a European accent and she was phenomenal. Both friendly and provided delicious drinks. There was an automatic 20% service charge but we were disappointed that didn’t even completely go to the team. We paid over 400 for four drinks Also we requested a classic cocktail and were disappointed they would only make the drinks on the menu. With a name like “Rob Roy” we were expecting more of a classic cocktail bar that could make anything. I wouldn’t set the bar super high

Rob Roy had good drinks and ambiance, but I was blown away by the service they seated our large group on the patio and kept coming out to check if we wanted more drinks into the late hours. They extended the awning at the first sign of rain. And finally, they remembered whose card was whose out of a group of 12 and after a few hours. Truly awesome, would patronize again!

Ewan was excellent as our bartender (although he’s more of an artist). Starting with asking about our preferred liquor, he built our cocktails from that base. They also carve their own ice which was a nice touch. I had the Old Soul which was delicious. Highly recommend if you enjoy bourbon.
