However, the appetizers and de... read more The prices at this restaurant are questionable, especially for the wine. The Wine Pairing only included three very small glasses. However, the appetizers and dessert were outstanding as usual. We consider Nells to be one of our favorite restaurants and will definitely return, but we will not be ordering wine.

For an upscale restaurant I expect some attenti... read more Our server was not very attentive at all. He even seemed grumpy and put out that he had to serve us and do work. For an upscale restaurant I expect some attention and checking in to inquire about our experience. Several times, I had to get someone else's attention since he never came by to see how we were doing other than to bring us our food.. We ordered a bottle of wine and later a half bottle, which had a lot of sendiment. He said it was normal and asked if we wanted it filtered out. He should have done that anyway or offered to replace it. Then he should have warned us about this wine. We're pretty disappointed by the overall experience. We came back because our first time was quite nice and now I will be staying away and taking my money elsewhere.
