What User likes about Menya Musashi Tsukemen Ramen:
PHENOMENAL: hybrid black and spicy) ramen, black tsukemen dipping noodle, karaage. EASILY one of the best tasting options in the area. FULL of taste, great texture in every noodle. Noodles took sauces for every bite. Karaage was a great compliment to the noodles. Easy knocking: let us pester some flies during our meal. Else, very sanitary with hand sanitizer on each table and personal wear masks. Very appreciate the... View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Menya Musashi Tsukemen Ramen:
my food was decent, but it doesn't feel as if they looked at the taste of the whole plate, they give only one option with tofu. this is still a good choice if they have to eat with non-Vegans. updated by previous review on 2020-09-30 View all feedback.

read moreThis Japanese chain restaurant offers a fusion take on ramen with standout dishes like the Black Tsukemen and Chicken Karaage. While some reviewers found the food decent but lacking in flavor complexity, others raved about the generous portions and delicious chashu. The restaurant's unique offerings, attentive service, and cautionary measures during dining make it a great spot for ramen lovers in the area. With a mix of positive and critical reviews, it seems to be a popular choice for those seeking authentic Japanese flavors in Seattle.
Glad we came here they have many vegan options to chose from. My spicy ramen was yummy and the broth was perfect.

I really liked the vegan menu options at this restaurant! They were clearly marked.
Ramen is pretty good! Wish they had a tsukemen option, but they have more than one vegan option which is more than I can say for most ramen places.
