One of those mornings when you need a substantial meal that makes you feel like eating at the local Mercado in Mexico!! the small place doesn't make the occasion better but the piñatas hanging from the ceiling and the smell of the food makes it all worth it ..i love it View all feedback.
So good! I ordered in Spanish but they can deal with English as well. Bare bones space, smallish menu. Don’t expect beans, rice or chips. The horchata is . The quesadillas are HUGE (Fork and knife for scale). The chicken tinga quesadilla was amazingly good. Salsa packs a punch and definitely lingers.
Unbelievable barbacoa. You could pass out from one taco for $6. (And if you got an extra couple of tortillas, you could turn that taco into 4, because there 's gotta be about a pound of meat on 'one ' taco.

If you're into flavor and not looks...this is the place for you! From the best quesadillas to gigantic tacos this is my favorite place for real and authentic Mexican cuisine, thanks to don Alfredo; you're the man!
As a Mexican I can say these are the best tacos I've tried in Seattle, with real barbacoa. Take in consideration that tacos are huge.
