Ivar's - Seattle

Super delicious. The friendly staff helped us pick what to order. The fish was outstanding fresh and juicy. Probably the best fast casual fish fry I’ve had. 10/10 would go back.

I get the same quality of fish, whether its at Elliott Bay, Lake Union Fish Bar or North Seattle. Great service. Sometimes, they feature a special menu item such as, a dessert or Salmon Chowder. They have a Coke machine that offers 20+ flavors. I opted for the 3-piece Salmon and Chips this time rather than the 3-piece Cod Chips dinner. Long live Ivar's.

Nah they fish and fries really great, original I feel like is more better than the Cajun but thats my opinion about 14$ for 5 piece with fries under I always get this, great food for low price.

Every time I visit Seattle, I have to eat at Ivar. I love the fish and chips and the chowder, but I'm excited to try some of the newer menu elements they added over the years. The regular fish and chips are absolutely excellent and are the gold standard against which I judge all others. I just visited the Aurora suburb and found the staff incredibly warm and friendly. The woman who took my order seemed to recognize most people who came and treated all like family. She's a jewel! The old music in the dining room is a funny touch. Prices are high yes, but are incredibly fair when you look at the quality of the fish. The fish is not cooked until you order it, so you can wait about 10 minutes. Maybe a little more when they're busy. It is worth always recommending waiting high!!

The owner was very friendly. He loves his restaurant. The food was great. The service is excellent. The best Ivar is from Seattle Pier.
