Excellent dim sum. Everything came out hot and fresh. Also, peanut butter french toast. Yeah, it was good. We came in at around 10:30 on a Sunday. By the time we left there was a line out the door. Fast and friendly service and new interior. View all feedback.
What Kortney Luedloff doesn't like about Hong Kong Bistro:
This restaurant offers fantastic dim sum, particularly one of the few places where you can enjoy it for dinner. The service was prompt, and the food was served even faster! The standout dishes included the sautéed string beans with spicy minced pork, steamed BBQ pork buns, crispy chive and shrimp, and the pork and shrimp shui mai. View all feedback.
A decent place for dim sum. Soy sauce chow mien, shrimp dumpling, sponge cake are pretty good. I was told that this is the top 3 dim sum place in Seattle.

This place is absolutely amazing. Don't be fooled of its exterior look. Inside of the restaurant is very nice and clean. We've tried a wide variety of their foods and each single of them was tasty. We got the stuffed eggplants, beef short ribs, shrimp dumplings, pork and shrimp dumplings, and chives-shrimp fried dumpling. All of them taste great and were cooked to perfection. I also got the bbq pork as my main dish and loved every bite of it. I definitely recommend this place and will hopefully go there again soon.
We got the curry beef brisket, bitter melon and black bean sauce, beef fried rice, and the crispy shrimp and chives dumpling. Our favorite was definitely the crispy shrimp and chives dumpling. It blew us out of the park with its crispy wrapper and generous amounts of flavorful shrimp and chives. The service we got was great and friendly and I love that they have call buttons for ordering/paying/water
I've never been disappointed here. Sometimes wowed, but not often. A step up from my other usual spot in both quality and price. I often cheap out for the cheaper price so this is more of a splurge for me. A worth I splurge for myself and probably many others. The decor here makes all the difference for sure. The Food is better but not so much better. 4 star food. The szechuan broth is the thing that really tells me. It's just average with a lot of ground peppercorn flavor. traditional tingle, but low spice and flavor. I like it. Not my favorite, but up there. I'll be back. Oh, the fried shrimp rolls. Those might be the best I've ever had. Wish it came with more of that orange sauce. Still amazing. My body was craving something and this place delivered. I recommend this place for fewest szechuan food as well as for date nights. I'll be back like I said earlier.
