What JustinTTU doesn't like about Harbor Cafe:
Stopped in here for early breakfast. Food was unique and average. They offered baileys with coffee but didn't have a price set, kid gave it too me for $3. Excellent!!! View all feedback.
This very small eatery is at the end of the hallway on the first floor of an office building. The kitchen/service area is on the right side, where you order and pay, then cross over the hallway to the crowded tables to wait for your food to be delivered. Friendly, pleasant staff, and food is delivered quickly. The chicken salad with warm peanut sauce was just spicy enough, tasty and freshly made. The noodle bowl was not spicy, just as preferred. The portions were more than adequate for a lunch. Would we return? Yes.
The Harbor Cafe is hidden inside an old Seattle building and has an old school office cafeteria feel to it. Clientele are mostly downtown office workers but it seems to be very popular and is busy during lunchtime. They have daily specials and the pot roast on Wednesday is delicious. There are some seats or you can get food to go. My only complaint is that the portions are small. Well worth checking out though.

Loved the casual-ness and the food was just perfect. Not a ton, but just enough. Reasonable prices. Great people watching, and no one hassles you if you linger.
The owner recommended crispy fish so several of us in the crowd ordered it. It was kind of plain and on a bed of jasmine rice. We left still a little hungry so we stopped and got TCBY. I'd probably order something different next time.
