What E H doesn't like about Gainsbourg:
Second time visiting, and both times I left regretting it. Rude, poor service from bartenders. Though I was kind and polite to them, I was neither greeted nor thanked nor asked how I liked my drinks at any point. I worked in restaurant service previously how has it gotten to where customers (i.e. the reason service jobs exist) are the ones left trying to appease the staff? There's a straightforward response to this j... View all feedback. What Leo Baldwin likes about Gainsbourg:
A great cozy little place with a French flare. While there was nothing vegetarian under the entrees these two vegetarians put together a great dinner of Tapas from the appetizers. Everything we had was not only good but had a little twist to it. A great Belgian Ale on tap, great cocktails, and the bar was very accommodating. Even though they were down one Chef the night we were there the service was still very good.... View all feedback.

Beautiful place to grab a drink and food even if you don’t know who bohemian jazz musician Serge Gainsbourg is.

read moreThis restaurant has received mixed reviews, with some customers expressing disappointment in the service quality. The lack of attentiveness from the bartenders and slow service have led to frustration for some diners. However, others have praised the cozy atmosphere, French-inspired menu, and quality of food and drinks. The happy hour deals and signature dishes like the Gainsbourg burger have been highlighted as great choices. The restaurant's unique vibe, French flair, and cool ambiance have attracted a loyal following despite the varying experiences with service. Overall, it seems like a hit or miss depending on individual experiences.
Great cocktails, excellent food, and exceptional service.

The french onion soup is delicious--not too sweet and not too cheesyThey have a few beers on tap, some wines and lots of craft cocktails.
Gainsbourg's French onion soup on a rainy winter day is one of those small, magical treats that makes you remember that life is still worth living.
Every time I get to seattle, I went to gainsbourg. allow me to share what I have ordered in the past and this will be in.
We came here after a show in downtown. First, I've been here three times in the last few months because I live here.
