**A Diners' Tale: Mixed Experiences at a Capitol Hill Eatery**
Nestled in Capitol Hill, this restaurant has garnered mixed reviews, particularly during the bustling Valentine’s Day. While patrons praised the attentive staff and vibrant ambiance, the food left much to be desired. Many diners reported undercooked portions and uninspired flavors, with some even finding dishes excessively salty. Although certain small plates received commendations for their quality, the overall dining experience was marred by slow service and inconsistencies in the kitchen. Nevertheless, a few guests remain hopeful, expressing a desire to return in hopes of better encounters. The promise of great cocktails and a charming setting endures.

Loved the squash soup and olive cicchetti. Gnochi wasn't the best, overall a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Limited menu with couple of vegetarian options that worked for us
Serafina Cicchetti are definitely a neighborhood staple. If you haven't had the chance to pop over here for some amazing appetizers and a cocktail, you're missing out! My wife and I were lucky enough to grab a spot for their History of Gin class and beyond impressed with the delicious 4-course lunch paired with some incredible cocktails.
Best tapas I've had in a long time! Everything I had was absolutely delicious! It's a bit pricey so be prepared! However, they have 3 for $16, which is a great deal, but hard to narrow down because everything sounds so good! I ordered the garlic hummus with flatbread, wood fired dates, and the wood fired halloumi. If I had choose I would say the dates were my favorite, but I really liked all 3. Definitely give this place a try!
Wow. Really spectacular Italian joint with interesting food, superbly made drinks and expert service. Our young daughter asked about non alcoholic drinks and the waiter offered to have the bartender mix something up for her. Who does that? We sat in the bar area which I recommend (there's an upstairs area and a side room which are a little separated from the buzz of the main restaurant. We'll definitely be back.
