Chemo's Mexican - Seattle

Very amazing food it really touched my heart.Left me speechless.

I don 't make it over to the White Center part of Seattle very often at all. What drew me over here was that a new craft beer brewery opened. I have several restaurants bookmarked 'to try ' in this neighborhood but I 'm almost always in the mood for Mexican food and Chemo 's came up relatively close and there was no persuading in my mind that this is where I would have supper.<br/ <br/ I wasn 't too sure what I wanted but the guy at the counter was extremely helpful with telling me more about the menu options that they offered. <br/ <br/ I got three cheese enchiladas and chips and salsa, all of which were very good. Some cheese enchiladas go a little overboard with the cheese and then it feels like I get a block in my stomach but that wasn 't the case here. The portions of ingredients and for the meal itself were very appropriate and I left feeling just right.<br/ <br/ As I said the staff were very helpful but they were also very friendly and when I was here it looked like one half of the room was having a big party which made the dining experience all the more interesting (I love to people watch) along with catchy dance music!

For those who haven't visited Chemo's yet, we are glad we did. As an AZ native, their flavors are the closest I've come to tasting my neighbor's mama's beans, those homemade Mexican flavors that are elusive to find this far north. It seems so simple, but it's like Ratatouille, when the food reviewer tastes the food and warps back to childhood. It's gotta have soul and Chemo's has it. 10000% recommend

Fantastic food! The chicken burrito is a symphony of flavor. Really friendly owners, and great service. A wonderful White Center community member!!

The most authentic tasting Mexican food I've had in Seattle! It reminds me of my grandmas cooking I recommend the sopes
