solstice is one of the top cafes i went to in seattle. the drink selection was really big and they had plant milks as well. they didn't really have that many vegan food options when i was there (but they could be on rotation, i dunno), but the music and the vibes were awesome. everyone was being super productive, and the bustling staff gave off a super motivating energy. i like the minimal, chill decor, while still b...
