Cafe Con Todo - Seattle
Cafe Con Todo
Description
Nestled in a vibrant setting with charming décor reminiscent of Mexico, Café con Todo promises a lively atmosphere that draws regulars and newcomers alike. While the vegan options are varied, there have been mixed reviews regarding their adherence to vegan standards. Diners rave about the delicious vegan waffle and generously topped avocado toast, yet some have faced inconsistency with service and food quality. Ambient music can disturb the peace, and attempts to address it have resulted in frustration for some patrons. Overall, though interesting flavors and a warm ambiance prevail, caution may be warranted for dietary requirements.

I love this spot. Staff has always been friendly and fast. The atmosphere is so unique and cozy with the hammock seats spread about. I always feel like I had something healthy when it comes to their lattes, blended drinks, and food. I don’t have a single bad thing to say. Especially if you know you like the types of things they serve. If you like super sugary superficial syrup tasting coffee, this place likely isn’t for you. But I would advise you switch over and give it a try. We really liked this coffee shop. The layout was simple and it had a warm, nature vibe to it. The plants and wooden theme works. We order a couple of coffees (golden milk and mushroom latte), pastries and tamales. All were good and I liked they offered tamales with some hot sauce. The service was great and the staff was nice and friendly. What was cool is it opened to a dance studio next door. Overall a thumb up to Cafe con todo. This neighborhood café is a convenient spot for a vegan breakfast, especially when other places are closed. Their vegan waffle is tasty, though it leans towards the sweeter side. I also enjoyed their vegan option featuring hummus stuffed in an avocado. The smoothies are excellent, and I believe they offer other vegan-friendly dishes too. I always place my order in advance, and you can find the prices online.
