I ordered an Impossible Burger, but I received a regular burger instead. Vegans and vegetarians, be cautious!

I have ordered my order online and they do not give me what I ask for, bad service, several times they do the same thing to me, this will not stay like this, bad service
I visited the restaurant shortly after 6 PM on a Sunday. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. We dined indoors and had a wonderful experience.
The manager was rude and disrespectful. We came with my service dog and she rose her voice and force us to leave. The food is nasty and has a lot of grease. We were felling discriminate here and we will never come back. In addition the handle door is dirty and unsanitary.
