I sug... read more To make matters worse, they forgot my girlfriend's anchovies, and when we brought it up, the server argued with us, claiming that wasn’t what was ordered. I suggested she ask the waiter since it was my girlfriend who made the request. I even wrote a letter to the owner, hoping for a response or an apology, but never received anything back. As we were leaving, I mentioned that we would be paying separately and asked if he remembered what I had ordered. I was still trying to be polite to someone who had treated me poorly all night. His response was a sneering laugh, saying something like, “Ha! Yeah, we’re really busy, but whatever!” Honestly, the food was fantastic, but the service completely ruined the overall experience.

Our waiter, whom I suspected was the owner, was exceptionally friendly and provided us with outstanding service and delicious food. The tortellini was the best I've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Seattle area. I can't wait to return soon!

While we c... read more We absolutely adore Brunello for a cozy, family-style Italian dining experience. The waitstaff and owners genuinely treat you like friends or family. While we come for the food, Tim always ensures that our visits are unforgettable. This is our go-to place for excellent Italian cuisine and a glass (or bottle) of wine, no matter the season. The wine selection is incredible, and the pasta dishes are divine and reasonably priced. In our opinion, the food, experience, and ambiance are superior to those at Pink Door and Spinasse. It's definitely a restaurant you must try!

Their Gnocchi was chewy like gum, the chicken piccata was salty and in a pool of butter, the vegetable medley was bland, and the salad I ordered was not the one I was served. I am very surprised people rate this place so highly. Maybe at some point it was good but not when I went in yesterday. Hopefully they figure their kitchen out and get back on track.
