The instructions provided were clear, and responses were swift. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. The apartment felt brand new, and the building itself was lovely. Although we didn't require much, it was cozy and had all the essentials we needed.

Since the suite was in a house, there was no reception area to store luggage or ask for assistance. However, from booking to check-out, the Barsala staff were incredibly attentive with their information and instructions. Their communication was so professional and timely that I felt confident they would offer the same level of support as a front desk staff, should I need anything—although I didn’t. The suite was well-equipped with all the essentials, and everything functioned perfectly. Remarkably, even though it was situated in a bustling part of the city, the suite was wonderfully quiet, allowing me to sleep soundly.

Everything was clean, but there were some damage to the closet door and many black markings/cuffs on the wall, but I will definitely stay here again. Very spacious place. The Pellegrino was a nice touch.

However, I decided to contact Barsala before my trip, and I’m glad I did—everything was wonderful! The property was stunning and modern, and conveniently located near all the places we wanted to visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely choose them for my next trip!
