Good option for late night Thai food in downtown Seattle. The location of the restaurant is great and you'll be met with a beautiful and colorful interior if you dine in. I got the pad thai with tofu and no egg, and the fried tofu appetizer. It was pretty good. I ate here twice within a week while visiting the area! View all feedback.
What Zombiecynthia doesn't like about Bangrak Market:
Grabbed a quick bite of fried tofu. Yum although not fully vegan and right before going to the Space Needle! Timing was great and we got to enjoy the sunset from the tippy top! Friendly service! View all feedback.

This place has a great atmosphere and serves food very late into the night. The menu is quite long and while it lists that dishes can be made vegan, it does nothing to specify which ones. Thankfully, the server seemed to understand what a vegan was, but it took time going through the extensive online menu and having a conversation about what could or could not be made vegan. The food itself was ok! What I gathered is that if you ordered a dish vegan, there was no effort to try to replace the fish sauce or oyster sauce with another vegan seasoning, so you were left with unseasoned food. Also, the veggies in my fried rice were essentially raw, just slightly warm. So the execution here was not great, from my perspective. But if you’re in Belltown and need some late night food, Bangrak Market is a perfectly fine option.
I got the pad see ew with tofu and asked for it vegan and it was very good! My girlfriend (who is pescatarian) got seafood fried rice which was also good apparently, however we went to a concert right after and she was feeling sick the whole time and eventually had to throw upnot 100% certain if it was from the food but there wasn’t really anything else it could have been from, (I didn’t get sick btw). Other than that the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and good service, but we won’t be going back because she got sick. I suppose there’s not as much of a risk eating their vegan dishes lol
Lots of vegan and gluten-free options. Fast and friendly service. Food tastes different from regular Thai places (in a good, authentic way). Cool decor and atmosphere. Give it a try!
I had the Pad Kee Mao with tofu and asked for it without fish sauce. It was delicious! Probably one of the best I’ve had. Ambiance in the restaurant is that of a Thai street food vendor and really unique for Seattle. The waiter seemed knowledgeable about veganism and while the menu just has a blanket statement that many dishes can be made vege/vegan, he was able to help locate the best options.
