2 minute Christmas light show every hour on the hour until December 24th, 2023 is a fun experience. Love the holiday themed decorations. My fav is the big mouth bass wall plaque with a santa hat. Happy hour French fries are thick cut, crispy, warm and creamy on the inside. My lemondade cocktail was just so-so. It tasted like canned lemon juice and little else. I would not recommend that. What Amara Franecki doesn't like about Bait Shop:
My boyfriend and I tried seafood for the first time in Seattle after moving from the East Coast. We have enjoyed exploring different types of cuisine in the area, but our experience at Bait Shop was disappointing. We ordered the Fish Chips through UberEats and everything arrived on time. One of the best bars in town. My favorite French fries hands down. The employees are always kind. Bartenders pour good drinks. Can't say enough good things about bait shop
This is my partner's favorite bar and we went here recently for her birthday to have drinks after dinner. I love the atmosphere and decor, and the servers are always super nice!
Best bar in Seattle! My boyfriend and I love coming here, great food and delicious drinks. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. During the Christmas season they had a light show timed to the Carol of the Bells which was super cool to see. We love how they change the decor with the seasons and how festive and fun the atmosphere is. We recently went to visit and they were closed due to a covid outbreak, which is so awesome. Having worked in the service industry for many years it warmed my heart to see a business prioritize its staff and community more than a profit, unfortunately that is not the norm. Hoping everyone at the Bait Shop is feeling healthy and taking care of themselves.

Good fish but really small for the sandwich. I had about a third of the bun left. I did not care for the fries. If I go back, I would ask for extra fish and opt for salad instead. Great service.
