My favorite restaurant in Seattle; everything is perfect here. No complaints! Portions are reasonable and good for sharing with parties. Come in a group or intimate date, the atmosphere is warm and inviting with great service. Laid back and incredibly charming, calling in advance may be appropriate for getting a table. What Josh Buehner doesn't like about Ayutthaya Thai Restaurant:
Been taking out from here routinely for about a year and a half. Was very excited to finally find a quality Thai place in Cap, and one of the embarrassingly few places you can order past 8pm.Been a bit disappointed in the slide in quality over the past four months. Wrong orders, diminishing portions, very much mailing it in. Hope it turns around. View all feedback.

Foods taste good. Staff are friendly and service is quick. If you like Thai this is a must try place if you are around the area.
The Panang curry was really delicious and they did the perfect amount of spice. I also got the crab delight and a Ya Dong Daiquiri. Both were good and the service was really nice!
It was literally the worst Thai food I ever ate in my life. Tom Yum soup was very bland, watery, and the most distinguishing taste there was mushrooms. Pad Thai was too salty and very unappealing.
I come to Ayutthaya frequently for lunch and occasionally for dinner.Their food is delicious (try the Ayutthaya noodles, my personal favorite), and their servers are incredibly attentive.I love the decor and being able to people watch from the window tables (though you could also take a table in the back and not). It feels intimate and yet everyone is spaced far enough away that you don't feel like you're on top of each other.I recently went out with four coworkers here and it was delicious and portions were definitely big enough for all of us to take a box back for the next day's lunch. The food is reasonably priced for the delicious and attractively plated entrees and while I've only had a cocktail here once, it was pretty delicious, too.I can imagine that this is a stellar date night option, even though I'm mostly there for lunch. But if I had any reason to take someone anywhere for a date, this would be top of my list! It's so charming and intimate, quiet, delicious, and gorgeous.Kid-friendliness: I would definitely bring my kids here! I have never seen anyone here with kids and don't know if they have high chairs, but the staff are so accommodating and friendly that i just know kids would be welcome!Parking: You can park on the street here for free. There's also a paid lot at the QFC across the street.
