As “a texture person” this hit the spot! Toasted almonds adding a crunch to my flavor-packed chipotle enchiladas, crispy bacon around my jalapeños packed with creamy goat cheese and topped with pineapple chutney, and a traditional burrito delightfully filled with all the good stuff… I was pleased!: Agave was great, and a splendid addition to a hockey-filled evening right outside the space needle! What Kristi Goldsberry doesn't like about Agave Cocina Tequila Queen Anne:
I have visited this restaurant multiple times over the years, and it has always been consistently good. Today, we decided to sit in the bar area. The bar menu is limited but of high quality. Our food arrived promptly and was delicious. The portions were generous. We ordered chicken tinga tacos and a carnitas burrito, both of which were delicious. View all feedback.
Last time I checked, reis is cooked with chicken stock (even if it comes as a side on some of the veg friendly entrees), so make sure that your vegetarian / vegan will clarify before ordering. the staff is very friendly and in the regular willing to add extra vegetables if they decide not to be cheese or meat. this place is vegetarian friendly than vegan.
The food was ok, the drinks were ok, but the service was terrible. we felt so eager and if we need more drinks or eating, nobody was to find.
This is a regular restaurant for the pre-theater. eating is always good, well prepared and beautifully presented. short but reasonable weinlist, good designs beer and margaritas are tasty and substantially! service was very good, attentive, without floating.
I always enjoy a visit to agave for their delicious Mexican food and a pleasant experience.
Our table was in an awkward space in the middle of the aisle so we felt very cramped when people would walk by. When we ordered a second round of drinks, the server never removed our empty glasses from the first round. There were 4 of us so a total of 12 glasses (4 for water) on the table at one time. I had a chicken burrito and, while the flavor was fine (nothing to write home about), it was lukewarm. I doubt I'll be back soon, even though I live in the neighborhood.
