We love this restaurant! We celebrated our anniversary here and were truly treated to an experience! The staff is amazing. Chad was our fun and awesome waiter and we had the pleasure of speaking with the General Manager, Chris, who is very impressive. Also kudos to Nick and Andrew! We tried many items and a few cocktails. Everything was plated beautifully and prepared perfectly. It's an awesome and safe location with... View all feedback.
What Crow dislikes about 2120:
The food was decent, but it didn’t meet my expectations given the price. The staff were friendly, though they could have been more attentive. The portion sizes were generous, but the overall quality and flavor were lacking. The restaurant was quite noisy, and the dress code didn’t seem very strict. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t impressive either. View all feedback.
Got a nice private corner table where I could sit and people watch, sip my perfectly handcrafted cocktail; Pearway to Heaven with torched rosemary. Being a small eater, I tend to get multiple smaller plates as opposed to one entre and one of my favorites tartare or any kind. Here I got the steak tartare. I prefer to taste the steak, only enhanced by spices. In this case, consistency was good but only crunchy with salty chips, and the tartare, very unfortunately, was overly salted already. The pickles mustard seeds seemed interesting to me but its sweetness was lost in saltiness, and had no counter balance. Maybe not serve w generic salted chips, and perhaps offer up more of a pepper than a salt emphasis. On to the grilled octopus, which is all the rage online..! Again, the salt! It takes away from the flavors at this amount rather than enhance it! Someone had a happy shaker hand in the kitchen tonight. This I had to scrape the surface to get to the goods of the octopus, which was delicious and excellently prepared on it own. The purée… muah, delish!! Less salt, and a bit of lemon would have made this dish, for me at least..! I wrapped up my meal with warm drink for desert, and the mixologist knows what they are doing..! Great atmosphere, food a bit of a hype, but interesting, service was great.
I visited the restaurant for a mid-week dinner. I had made a reservation a few weeks in advance and arrived slightly late due to traffic. Thankfully, they accommodated us, but requested that we finish by a specific time, which was fine as we had enough time. A nice touch was the free parking available in the same building after 4 pm. The restaurant was quite busy, and it took a while before someone noticed us and took our reservation. However, once we were attended to, the service was smooth. The closely spaced tables contributed to noticeable noise levels, but it wasn't unbearable. We started with some small dishes, which arrived quickly. However, our main courses took a bit longer. We ordered six items, but only one stood out for me, and I would consider ordering it again: the calamari. The green salad was good but rather simple, consisting of greens, strawberries, and crumbled cheese with a tasty vinaigrette. It was enjoyable but not quite at the level I expected. The calamari was very good, with the highlight being the yogurt sauce (though it was labeled as labneh, it wasn't as sour as traditional Mediterranean labneh). The warm spices added a nice touch. The pork belly roulette was disappointing and felt like a calorie waste. I had high hopes for the steak tartar, but it turned out to be overly sour, with the sourness overshadowing the gentle sweetness of the yolk. The textures of the meat and the popping mustard seeds were interesting, but the sourness was too much for my taste. My husband ordered the rack of lamb, which tasted very good but was rather small for its $62 price tag, consisting of only two chops and some veggies. The cream puff had a moderate sweetness level, which was appreciated. However, I found the cream both inside and outside to be overly fatty, with just a hint of fruit filling in the middle. I would have preferred a better balance with less cream and more filling. Despite the restaurant's great reviews, I don't plan on returning
Great food, location and price. Would recommend! Perfect for a team dinner.
A very short walk from the Westin and many other hotels and businesses, this restaurant offers an upscale vibe and great atmosphere. The staff is excellent, especially the bar staff. Options are somewhat limited but there's enough to keep mostpeople happy. Oysters are great and the New York steak (comes with various root vegetables) was as well. While the steak wasn'tas tender as more expensive cuts, it was prepared amazingly well! Props to the kitchen. The spirits menu was surprisingly largecompared to food. Would recommend and will certainly return.
Service was slow to start with but did improve. Outdoor seating is lovely if the Seattle weather is playing ball. Cocktails were innovative and tasty. Food was good. I had the salmon which was perfectly cooked. Tried the donuts and found them nothingspecial tbh. A solid four stars.
