Absolutely delicious! The service was impeccable! Our waiter, David, was charming and incredibly helpful throughout our meal. The scallops were superb.

We arrived at the hotel around 7 PM after a long day of traveling, so the convenience of the restaurant being right in the hotel was perfect for us. Neither of us was in the mood for a heavy meal...

I wanted to enjoy a great steak with my husband without worrying about the inconsistent service that can sometimes be found in restaurants. So, I placed my trust in Spencer's at the Hilton, believing that the hotel's reputation would ensure excellent service. Fortunately, everything was fantastic! Our server, David, was friendly and attentive, surpassing my expectations for customer service (having been a server myself in my younger years). His professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. As for the food, it was exquisite. While the menu options are somewhat limited, I didn't mind at all because all I wanted was a juicy filet mignon with whipped Yukon potatoes. I highly recommend this restaurant. As for those who have complained about the prices, I understand your concerns, but I believe their rates are quite reasonable for a steakhouse.

John at the bar is the best waiter I've ever encountered! He's always friendly and remembers my dog's name as well as mine, even though we haven't visited in a while. He's a big guy with an even bigger heart! The customer service here is fantastic—definitely give him some praise!
