Furt... read more This was the worst Bigfoot location I’ve ever been to. The staff on duty at night were rude and unprofessional; I actually saw them arguing with customers. Furthermore, there were trash bags left hanging outside near the drive-thru area, which looked really unappealing. If you’re thinking about visiting, do yourself a favor and choose a different Bigfoot location. The service here is incredibly disappointing, and it's not the customers’ fault if the staff is having a bad day.

The drinks are always great, but I've experienced some disrespect from certain staff members in the past. I still love Bigfoot, but I'm likely going to avoid this location in the future.

If you're going to serve mediocre coffee a... read more I’ve tried to give this restaurant multiple opportunities to provide decent service, but they let me down every time. If you're going to serve mediocre coffee at a high price, at least do it in a timely manner. My experience has been that customers wait 10 minutes or longer for their orders. So, if you want to waste half an hour of your day waiting for coffee, this is the place for you. On my last visit, they didn’t even have the proper change, which was just the cherry on top. This level of service has been consistently poor before, during, and after the COVID pandemic.
