Domino's Pizza - SeaTac

The store, which closes at midnight, was empty except for a young female employee (I think her name was Amanda?) and a delivery guy. They both looked at me but continued to whisper to each other without acknowledging my presence. Finally, the young woman asked what I needed. When I inquired about the cancellation of my order, she casually informed me that they didn't have any delivery drivers available. When I asked why she hadn't called to inform me, she flatly responded that there was really no excuse. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and asked what she could do to make it right, expecting her to offer a coupon for a free pizza or something similar. Instead, her response was, "Well, if you want, I can make you some food." By that time, it was 11:45 PM, and I was too upset to eat. Her dismissive attitude and poor service were the last straw for me. I've dealt with incorrect orders and cold food from this place on multiple occasions in the past, and I would rather go hungry than order anything from here again or recommend it to anyone. Please, don’t waste your time and money at this establishment. You’d be better off buying a frozen pizza across the street at Safeway.

I placed an order that was abandoned, and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. After that, I had to wait over an hour and a half for delivery, which was a huge disappointment. When I inquired about the situation, I was informed that I would receive a refund within a week, but my account was then suspended. Unfortunately, no food ever arrived. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The 5-cheese dipping sauce is absolutely delicious, isn't it? Unfortunately, the portion I received was the smallest I've ever encountered—what a disappointment. I had to go to the office to pick up my order because I was told it was their social policy. As someone who has made over 4,000 deliveries, I find that hard to believe; it seems more like a decision made by the driver. What do you think?

Worse experience with any restaurant I’ve ever had. We waited about 45 minutes for our delivery and didn’t see a status update. We were told it’d be 20 minutes.It’s been 2 1/2 hours pizza tracker status is delivered and we’ve gotten nothing. Front desk at the hotel confirmed no one from domino’s has come by. I will be disputing the charges and depending on other pizza chains in the future.Take your business somewhere more dependable especially for delivery.

Believe the reviews. My pizza and salad delivery to hotel was just short of 2 hours. Cold pizza. No fork napkins included for salad. Would never order from here again.
