Dilettante Mocha Café At Sea-tac Central Terminal

The coffee drinks are excellent, earning a five-star rating. However, the staff is unfriendly, and it’s clear they don’t enjoy their work. This stands in stark contrast to Beechers located down the hallway, where the service is outstanding.

I was searching for an alternative to Starbucks and stumbled upon this wonderful place. I tried the dark chocolate mocha, and it was absolutely delightful!

The best Turkish coffee in Seattle, haha! The breakfast sandwich is amazing too! And the morning playlist is fantastic! You have to check it out, ladies!

I had a pleasant experience with the customer service. I ordered a Mexican mocha and a velvet cupcake. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the cupcake; it was quite bland and didn’t meet my expectations. The mocha was decent, but not anything special. Overall, I’ll give it three stars for the quick service and the accuracy of my order.

Dilettante has been a longtime tenant at Sea Tac Airport, serving a variety of chocolatey beverages, coffees, deli items, and desserts. Their mochas are indulgently rich—maybe even a bit too decadent—but this is the perfect spot if you're craving something sweet. While prices are on the higher side, it's a lovely treat if you’re in need of a sugar and caffeine boost before your flight. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well.
